The 1st demo of the polish horde arrived at the last moment, but such a tape is not to be missed for sure. Thanks to Marius – you should know him as the editor of the godly „Iron Hammer” zine. So, Poisoned are formed around the underground warmongers Goat Tyrant and they are pounding with heavy-weight deathrash like Sepultura’86, Sarcofago, Death Strike and so on...you get the idea?!.Since the first accords of the opener „Rising From Darkness” you will spot the SMASHINGLY heavy guitar tone and drums. Triumph of the ancient metal!!! The whole production is professionally done and doesn’t look for the old school sound for the sake of it. (Overall the guys are not newcomers). Poisoned alternates slower and fast passages with hammering double-bass like…Excoriate in „On Pestilent Winds” for example. Upon this bass-line are structured their mean riffs, both creating total chaos filled with aggression, hatred and darkness. And of course – add the beastly vocals! This is a top demo, and you will spew some teeth after it! All of the 4 songs totally slay! But remember, kids – only on analog! Forget about wankers like Vader and Behemoth – the real beast lays in Gdansk!"
